Victor SS Lee

CEO and Partner



  • Victor S.S. Lee is Chief Executive Office and Partner.
  • Victor heads the corporate practice team at Access. He started his professional career at the PR team of Cheil Communications – Korea’s largest advertising agency. During his tenure at Cheil, Victor’s responsibilities concentrated on developing overseas PR strategies and programs for the Samsung Group and its subsidiaries.


Jinsoo Jason Kim

Managing Director and Partner


  • Jinsoo heads the marketing PR and public affairs team at Access, and responsible for relations with Japanese clients. Fluent in Japanese.
  • Jinsoo began his career in public affairs in the overseas strategy team of Samsung Corporation. He then moved on to the strategic PR team of the Samsung Group’s Chairman’s office, where he was responsible for overseas PR, and was one of the starting members of the overseas PR network for Samsung. Prior to joining Access Communications, Jinsoo worked for the marketing department of Samsung Motors.




Carol HJ Park

Managing Director and Partner


  • Carol is currently responsible for new business opportunities and global client relations at Access Communication.
  • Carol has experience in various disciplines including marketing and public relations, as well as business consulting and finance. She worked as an equity analyst at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and BZW, Seoul offices, and held the position of Head of Corporate Communications at Fidelity International in Korea and New York Life Insurance in Korea. In both roles, she was responsible for internal and external communications as well as business strategy and planning.

Jungwoo(Grant) Lee

CEO of Access Interactive


  • Jungwoo is the CEO of Access Interactive, a digital marketing subsidiary of Access Communications. He is responsible for the planning and execution of the digital campaigns, social media marketing strategies, and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Jungwoo began his career as the strategic marketer in the retail planning department of Samsung C&T. He then worked as the brand strategist for Cheil Communications for 6 years where he established the brand communication strategies of Samsung Electronics. He then moved on to the Account Planning team of INNOCEAN Worldwide to establish communication strategies for KIA Motors for 6 years.
  • Prior to joining Access Interactive, he found his own digital advertising agency where he mainly consulted start-ups and SMEs for their go-to-market digital strategies, social media marketing strategies, and e-commerce strategies for own mall & smart store.

  • Carol is currently responsible for new business opportunities and global client relations at Access Communication.
  • Carol has experience in various disciplines including marketing and public relations, as well as business consulting and finance. James J.H. Um

Senior Advisor


  • James Um is former President and CEO of Access. Mr. Um has been most influential in developing key communications strategies on behalf of Access’ corporate and financial clients. Prior to taking the helm at Access, Mr. Um led the public affairs department of the Samsung chairman’s office, where his primary responsibilities were to oversee the corporate affairs of the entire Samsung Group, concentrating on Samsung’s overseas activities. In 1976, Mr. Um launched his professional career as a reporter, then as an editor at the JoongAng Ilbo, one of Korea’s major daily newspapers. During his years at JoongAng Ilbo, he was recognized as one of Korea’s key opinion leaders.
  • James J.H. Um holds a BA in Political Science from Korea University.




Wonjo Jung

Senior Advisor


  • Wonjo Jung is a well-seasoned communications executive with more than 33 years of experience in corporate communications at the Samsung Group. His experience spans the range of strategically important business lines with the group -- from financial, electronics, real estate to corporate. Wonjo joined Access in 2014 and provides strategic counsel in corporate practice and reputation management.
  • Wonjo Jung holds a MA in Communications from Hanyang University.
